Service Description

Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of Pilates, body conditioning and a sprinkle of ballet, (but no jumping! No tutu!) It is suitable for most bodies using body-weight lifting to engage muscles you wouldn't normally target. Jemma will focus on strengthening & improving flexibility. The chapel offers you a small group, in a friendly and supportive space, with no mirrors! Barre improves posture, strength & tone with high reps, low-impact movements.
